I had pleanty of time to spend in the lobby playing on the internet and got to see many interactions of the staff with guests. I was totally amazed by the amount of professionalism that the entire staff had! "X" was awesome and took a great interest in all of the guests from what I could see. Y was also a great employee and went above and beyond for me twice during my stay! I would totally recommend this hotel and would love to be a part of their team!!

This hotel has a GREAT location! Not far from the Grand (Red Line) Metro station, two blocks from the Mag Mile and lots of places to eat. Room was very well appointed and had a lovely view. I am not sure what anyone would have to complain about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed at the Chicago City Center and will return. The staff was excellent, room and bath were clean. It was a great location near Michigan Ave., we walked almost everywhere. For the price this hotel cannot be beat, especially if you want to save your money for shopping, eating, and tourist activites.

Not far from shopping and rush street. The work out facility is a regular Health Club adjacent to the hotel. The room service food was good too.

The front desk staff and bell staff were extremely helpful. We needed assistance with arranging limo travel to airport and the bell staff negotiated a good rate for excellent service with a reputable limo service. The bell staff pleasantly held our bags while we finished our morning seminars and loaded them. The front desk printed our plane boarding passes for us without hesitating. Every single member of the staff was equally pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean, attractively decorated and secure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in a conveniently located downtown hotel.
