Staff was very friendly. Check in girl was helpful and gave us an upgrade to a room on the 25th floor. Bobbie at concierge service was helpful and informative. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Definitely will stay there again when visiting Chicago. Great value!

Had a great time. The location is perfect and practically walking distance to everywhere. Magnificent mile is right around the corner. our room on the 16th floor had a great view of hancock tower and a peek of the lake.
Called to confirm that hotel had correct room a week before stay and they had it wrong. But after going back and forth to travelocity and the hotel it was corrected. So check in went quickly - but the hotel charged us a extra $40 a night because we had 4 people instead of 2. We listed that we had four people when we booked the room a month in advance with travelocity but nothing was mentioned about a extra charge. which made me REALLY angry but since the hotel was prepaid through travelocity there was nothing we could do. We parked at the garage across the street for $8.00 less a day. the hotel charged parking to our room but removed it without any problems after we corrected them.
Bell hops were very sweet and helpful. We never used the consierge. We had the deluxe double queen vs. the standard and it was well worth the money. The decor is exactly as it looks in the photos and the premium beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping did not restock towels or coffee/cups but the front desk had it delivered within 20 minutes.
There is a new einstein bros bagel shop that is pretty good but there is always a line. The hotel gift shop had a better variety and price on medicine we needed than the 7-eleven around the corner.
Wonderful stay!!

Wonderful location, close to everything. Very helpful staff, available and quick with recommendations or assistance. Room and lobby were beautifully decorated. The construction work being done did not interupt our stay at all. The only complaint was that our room was to have two beds instead of one. The problem was quickly corrected with the addition of a roll away.

The Tv did not work, They moved us into a smoking room with a working TV at midnight. after we had been requesting to be moved a room with a working TV for 6 hours. Plus we dont smoke. This hotel apparently does not provide bar soap either. IF you want to eat a winners sports bar you have to hope that someone is working when get there, otherwise you could wait half an hour for someone to show up. Make sure you check your bank account when you get home, because they charged my card for someone elses room also.
great experience! thanks travelocity :)

I loved this hotel!!! It was a great location. The girls got to go shopping on Michigan Ave. and then we all went to Navy Pier for the night. Save $8 parking at the place across the street for the night. It looks just like the pictures and the staff was more than helpful and nice. I would stay here again without question. I LOVED it.
