The staff is GREAT and very helpful! It's located very close to the Riverwalk which is why we stayed here. The rooms are very unique and cozy---my only complaint is that the walls seem very thin. We could hear our neighbors every move :(. But I ...Read more

Parking is a horror. Hallway and room smelled musty. Tiles missing in bathroom. Plastic shower curtain torn & dirty. Bulky old TV w/non-functioning remote.Furniture old & battered. Lobby is stunning, showing what the place must have been "in the day"
Overall a good experince.

The hotel room is dark and depressing. There were at least 3 separate customers who experienced being locked out by their pass keys. There was an usafe glass shelf in the bathroom. Room staff did not consistently leave clean towels.

The room at this hotel was small. The TV was an old tube TV, about a 23 incher. The TV guide in the guest book was not accurate as far as the channels go. I tried to put on CBS and got a Spanish speaking channel. No onscreen guide. The walls in the ...Read more
