wrong room

i booked for the whirlpool room and they gave us the wrong room and it wasnt even done so we had to wait for 30min. when we got to the room the room was a regular room no whirlpool. I called the lobby and told them and the guy said they never received the email saying it was a whirlpool room and mine said it did. So he said he'd check to see if there was one available and he said the cleaning lady was going to call him back to tell him the room was done and it was going to take 30 minutes also but it took about an hour. when we went up there the cleaning lady was gone and we never got a phone call. this place has very bad communication within their staff. I did however like the guy from the lobby he was very nice.

My husband and I regularly use this facility when in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready with reccomendations. Great shopping nearby and the fridge/microwave is very useful. Pool is small for a property that size. Would highly reccomend it.
