Best place to stay in Seaside.

The Hotel is right on the beach and the pool is open 24 hours. Close to everything that Seaside has to offer. Even though I didn't rate this as good, this is my first choice when staying at Seaside.
The Hotel was okay, the bed seemed a little small for a Queen. I thought about looking to see it was really a queen.
The room was okay. A door seperated the rooms and the person on the other side had small children and a baby that made noise about 4am.
The dining is okay, I did ask for something on the wine list and they did not have it. I was a little disappointed.
Great!!!

The location is superb and the staff are SUPER friendly and committed to making your stay pleasant. It was smooth sailing, a mellow and laid-back week, exactly what we were looking for. And the room walls were MUCH better at keeping it quiet than at far more expensive places I've stayed. The pool and hot tub were great and the onsite restaurant is VERY good.

We stayed on the street side one bed suite and were very pleased with the hotel. We are definetly going to stay there again. My only complaint would be no a/c in the room, at least in the one bed suites. Plenyt of easily accessible parking. Great restaurant with a perfect view of the ocean. Highly recommended for those on a tighter budget that still want a nice clean hotel in a great location!!
At least it was clean.

If you don't get the ocean view room, then you probably shouldn't stay here. The rooms have no air conditioning. Unfortunately we were on the end, right next to the elevator, vending machine, and laundry room. One of the guests were having a party that night and we were up until about 3:30 am. Along with it being hot and muggy in the room, we didn't get any sleep. The TV had a problem, and the hair dryer didn't not work. The people were nice, and the room was clean.
Room with a view of ocean, "WOW"

We booked last minute (unsure now what the exact date we stayed was but at the end of September and were able to upgrade a regular room to a king bed with fireplace and fantastic balcony overlooking ocean). We had a wonderful romantic dinner at a table overlooking the promonade and ocean, then went for a long walk on the beach as the tide went out. There was a small coffee shop just off the promonade where we had a chat and great coffee in the morning, took pictures of the great view and had a wonderful time. Definately plan on visiting for longer next time.
