The hotel is in an excellent location-close to the MM-within walking distance of many sites, close to a subway entry. It's very close to many fine restaurants-Harry Caray's was excellent. The rooms was good sizes & clean. I will stay there again.

As 2 Females traveling with Children we requested a room closer to the elev. we were moved, but still a ways from the elevator. Ask for a refrigerator & microwave was told they ran out. We paid almost $300 dollars to stay at this place & the service was lousy. A called was made for another request and to this day no one ever responed back.

The hotel is in a great location. We checked in early and our room was not ready...the rep at the front desk took our number and called us when it was ready so we could go see the sights. She gave us her business card and told us to call if we got lost or needed a refferal on a resturant!

Great location, within 3 blocks of the heart of Mag. Mile, Riverboat tours, tons of restaurants, and House of Blues. Nicely furnished, clean room with sofa, comfy bed and big new TV. Service, from bellhops to frontdesk to housekeeping, was excellent, which was especially nice for a first-timer in the city! Only complaints were loud flushing toilet and AC that rattled. Sink area could be bigger.

Look out for the special deal that includes tickets to the Field Museum for less than the normal room price! They didn't have our tickets and knocked an additional $50 per night off our room! Nice rooms and great location for restaurants, clubs, tourist sites, Michigan Ave. and the L.
