This hotel was great! It was walking distance to the Magnificent Mile and to many places I wanted to see. The service was great. The staff was very helpful. And the beds were the MOST AMAZING, COMFORTABLE BEDS IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!! When I go to Chicago again, I will be staying at Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown River North again!

The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location, two blocks from Michigan Avenue, and less than a block to the red line. We will definitely be back!

Friends and I were celebrating a landmark birthday and had dinner and nightlife plans all in the River North area. I was relieved to find such a GREAT hotel that is so convenient to everything I wanted to do. The hotel room was great and accommodated ALL of our requests. It was my best stay ever!

I stayed at this hotel at the end of my business trip. Our room was newly redecorated and close to the train which takes you everywhere in the Chicago area - even to both airports. It's located within easy walking distance of the theater district and Michigan Street for shopping. The only negative is that there is no complimentary breakfast of any kind. The little deli attached to the hotel serves a buffet breakfast that is OK, but a little over priced. I would recommend staying here, especially for business. The room is nicely equipped for businss travel.
