The housekeeping staff are wonderful and friendly. We were impressed with them. Also we were evacuated out of the hotel for a fire alarm at 1am and being on the 18th floor that was a chore with a baby and an 8 yr old. That wasn't a problem but the lack of hotel staff was. No one had a clue what was going on and eventually we all just wandered back in. Walking up the 18 flights with a year old baby was fun too.
The coffee shop was good on site but the resaurants were very pricey.

We stayed in a hotel room with two queen beds. You could fit four people in there. You can walk from there to any of the downtown attractions such as CN Tower, Skydome, Air Canada Centre, and the Royal Ontario Museum. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, so it's very convenient if you fell hungry at night.
