Bath tub and shower curtain were mildewed, could not and would not use. Mattress foundation was full of stains. Hole in the baseboard of the bathroom. After flushing the toilet, a small pool of water formed at its base, had to keep a towel wrapped around the bottom of the toilet. The general condition of the room was old, dingy and dirty. The pool was not used. The plastic cover was dropping into the debris filled waterless pool. The area was full of miscellaneous litter. I had made reservations directly with this motel, asking about its cleanliness and if it had a pool. I was assured that the rooms were very clean and that it did have a pool available. Did not want to go through the hassle of the refund procedure, so we stayed. A HUGE MISTAKE!!!

I seriously didn't expect much for $39 a night, but it was way worse than I could have imagined. Filthy. I mean FILTHY. Holes in the floor, holes in the walls. Some dark liquid splashed over the wall above the bed. Fire alarm went off at random times during the night. Every night. Snow came in under the door. The place should be condemned. The first room I was given was missing the bathroom sink. Horrid place. BUT... the front desk people and the room cleaning guy were all very, very nice. Not that that's enough to ever make me go back. If I hadn't paid in advance and didn't want to fight about getting my money back, I never would have stayed. It was marginally better than sleeping in my car.

Raggedy rooms, lop-sided beds, broken box springs, Lamps with no light bulbs, no matching furniture, gnats, STANKIN' lobby, loud heater, leaky faucets, thin walls, poor paint job, curtains barely closed, drafty. My room was never cleaned - I was later told I had to request it everyday. Incompetent manager and staff. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Upon check-in, unsupervised trainee charged credit card twice. Next day, went out & came back. Room not clean & staff about to put my belongings out because trainee registered me for only one night, not 2 that were prepaid. Manager argued with me in front of customers, was unorganized and rude. Lamps - no light bulbs, smelly lobby, gnats, leaky faucets, worn out
