We stayed above dates,Asheville,nc Days Inn Reynolds Mt. Road. The Motel was very clean, management friendly. Complaint:Upon arriving we had to sign a form and give Visa# in case we damaged room or stole items. This is unacceptable as we travel and have NEVER been asked to do this. Upon leaving I requested our room to be inspected completely and I had employee sign a paper stating no charges to be incurred, everything was there etc. We will never stay there again. When making reservations your booking agent gave me list of things to expect in room,Hair dryer, coffee pot, iron & board,Refrigerator & micrwave. We did not have microwave or refigerator. One thing I am disapointed with online travel website is having to pay when booking(not guaranteeing room) and a fee if we canceled. We were told a $25,00 fee and would need to cancel by 9/21,two days before arriving.

Wonderful Days Inn Stay

In October, 2007, we decided to cancel a reservation at a hotel that was getting consistent bad reviews in favor of this one. We were so happy we did it! This hotel is about 11 years old, but looks brand new and has received awards each of the last 10 years. The staff were super-accommodating and friendly. The location is difficult to find the first time, but well worth the search, perched in a quiet area overlooking the mountainsides. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room spotless. Even the lobby and breakfast were clean and well-managed. We couldn't have asked for more value for our money and will definitely stay here again.

Always stay here on business

You get what you pay for, but it's a great cheaper hotel to stay at. The beds are pretty comfortable and the staff is very friendly. For a lower cost hotel I definitely recommend this one. The breakfast bar is not great, no cereal or milk, but they do have biscuits and gravy. It's quiet though and a little off the beaten path. You want a place to run though there's a great place right down the street.
