Good Location, OK Hotel

I have stayed here a number of times. Location is great. The restaurant here is not very good - limited selection and very expensive. They have a tendency to put smokers in non-smoking rooms which causes smoke to get everywhere. Unpleasant.

Hotel was great. Rooms are small compared to US standards, but we had a room with two double beds. We had two adults and two teenagers in the room and we were quite comfortable. Location is great. 1 minute walk to Green Park Subway stations. Starbucks across the street for breakfast was reasonably priced. There is also a Marks and Spencer grocery store on the same corner as the Green Park tube station. We stocked up on some groceries (snacks, etc) and had a few meals in the room when were too tired to go out. The concierge desk was great. I an electrical converter to plug my laptop into, but didn't realize it was only two prongs rather than the 3 on my computer. The concierge desk lent me a converter for the week that had a US three prong outlet. Would definitely stay there again.. The hotel restaurant was ok but a bit pricey..

We enjoyed the hotel and the bar downstairs is excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Hotel is extremely close to the theater district so we walked.

Room was small but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom fine. Front desk was helpful and changed money for us. Starbucks is across the street and the hotel restaurant was handy for dinner one night. It was not superb but was good. Green Park tube station is one block from the hotel and the Big Bus Tour of London. Picadilly is about a ten minute walk from the hotel also. A good location. Overall we would go back and recommend the hotel.

The location was the best. The room was large by European standards. It was very clean. The surrounding area has everything and it is a safe area. It is right by a subway stop from Heathrow. It was a great place and I would stay there again anytime.
