The room was very filthy.

The condition of the room was terriable, there was trash and food on the floor. There wasn't enough electrical outlets for the appliances in the room. One would have to be unpluged before you could use another. The tv remote did not work and when I requested for it to be repaired it was the next day before it was taken care of. The remote for the heatpump was inoperative as well. The lavatory handles were very dirty and when I requested them to be cleaned they weren't!! Over all, the stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable and I will not stay at a Days Inn again. I did not have the clean accommodations for what I paid.

ripped off and got the run around

Room was clean but we left 2 boxes of chocolates in the refrigerator to keep from melting and when we returned they were gone along with a gallon of water we had in there as well. I got the run around at the front desk about Housekeeping coming in the next day and she would leave a note, which she never did. The housekeeper never put the chocolates in the housekeeping and when I went to check out there was a new girl at the front desk and she gave me the run around about housekeeping. I was told to call and ask for * in housekeeping which I did. She answered the phone and said she wasn't housekeeping and forwarded me to housekeeping. The women laughed and said she was covering the front desk and I would have to call back, couldn't transfer. I called back and continued to get the run around. Owner was conveniently out of town. Needless-to-say I never got the chocolates or the $25 for them. I'd never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to any one.

Cheap place good for a quick stay

The place wasn't very nice but it was cheap and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night to see a concert and this hotel is within walking distance from Charleston Coliseum. It was perfect for what we needed, a quick place to stay and a very reasonable price.

Enjoyable stay

Aside from the fact that 1 out of 5 days they didn't change my bedding - I did receive clean towels when requested. The staff was courteous and friendly. Accommodations were adequate - especially for the price. I would stay there again.

Worst Place Ever

Made an online reservation for a ground floor room. Said they didn't have anymore. After dark I saw at least one free room downstairs, just as requested. First room offered was not clean, smelling like an ashtray (non-smoker room) and with mould at the ceiling. Second room was ok, but exactly in the middle of either stairways (Have three suitcases +) Wi-Fi does not work. Said they did not have any at all. Later the girl at the font desk said it needed to be repaired. When looking at the table in the lobby, I don't think I want breakfast
