this was our first time using one of the rental homes for our anniversary. which was a great idea. in the begin we had a little trouble finding the home but after we got there and walked inside it was so nice we couldn't beleive our eyes. it was such a wonderful house it was clean everything was there that we need all we had to do was buy grocery. the house was a four bedroom pool home with a garage with a washer and dryer. everthing was clean. the staff was very nice and pleasant we arrived late but the staff took care of us anyway they were closing they didn't rush to get us out they took there time and explained everything to us. we will try to keep this as a place to go for our future anniversaries.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom home near Disney and we were astounded by the condition of the property. The house was FILTHY. It did not contain basic essentials such as sheets, towels, utensils, blankets for all the beds.

The house was dirty. There were ants & bugs everywhere. The house was supposed to be 5 minutes from DISNEY and was 20 minutes and we had to pay tolls. There was one wash cloth for a family of FIVE people. We had to buy our own toilet paper. No Security gate on the POOL which is mandated by LAW. The BEDs were HARD and not comfortable. The Master bedroom was suppose to have a KING size bed. All the beds were doubles no Queen or King size.. The CABLE was out the entire time. Calls to office for assistance went unanswered. POOR POOR POOR house. We travel to Disney often and would have booked our next trip in December but this house was AWFUL save your money. Check another company this one. VERY BAD.

change the check out time if you want people to wash the towels and sheets

What an excellent experience! We were 15 minutes from Disney Parks, had a private pool & jacuzzi. All the amenities of home. Will rent from American Vacation Homes again - GREAT!!!
