Not a good buy at $*. Personnel surly.

We were told by the check out manager that we would have rec'd a better price if we'd called directly. Both managers (owner at check-in??) were less than friendly.
The stairwell we had to take to our room was littered with small trash, including cigarette butts (though the rooms were smoke free, and appeared clean). It's an older establishment, and pulling up wide suitcases up the narrow stairwell to the second level was tricky.

Close to downtown and ski areas, friendly staff, small continental breakfast, clean rooms.

This place was clean, front desk was very helpful, and it was quiet. For the price, you can't bea it.

The stay at the Durango Travelodge was pleasant, The room was clean and the beds were good, for a 2 star hotel it was perfect for our needs.Check in and out was easy, it was nice that we didn?t hear anyone running water or talking.
