SUPER HOTEL!

LOVED this place. VERY reasonable, clean, huge rooms with very comfortable beds, mini-kitchens, very quiet, coffee, tea, juices, fruit bowls 24/7 in lobby. Fabulous breakfast, hot cereals, waffles, breads, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Pleasant and courteous staff. Undercover parking. We will always stay here if we need a hotel in Mammoth!
One horrible night

There were 4 of us, 2 kids, 2 adults, on our way to Tahoe, one day of skiing at Mammoth. It was an average low budget hotel, a ripoff. The room temp felt like 90 degress and we couldn't lower it, so we open up the window to get some air as we were roasting. At midnight and after there was at least 2 buses unloading right under our window that wouldn't turn off their engines. I finally called down and told the staff to move the bus and why is the room so hot. We all slept horrible and had to ski the next day as we were leaving. Nothing like skiing on no sleep.

Beds were comfortable - quiet hotel - continental breakfast had self-serve waffle iron, which made the family happy - friendly staff - overall great experience. Only lacking thing was the locks on the door - they used actual keys with the room number printed on them...a chain lock would've made it feel more secure. It's in a very safe area, however, so we didn't feel at risk.

The service was ok. The hotels only elevator was broken, the toilet in our room was broken and the hotel smelled like dead fish. I would only recemend this hotel as a last resort.
