Paid 22.50 for parking 10ft from door under berrybushes!!

Very clean .Public rooms nicely done. Jr suite is a 1 room condo but bed was a queen and furniture was like a 1st apt. View was apts. next door or parking deck. Staff was nice. Why charge such a fee for parking when you have no choice ? There were almost no other cars there. We gave them a good review( they asked for their records) as we were checking out then we were told of the parking charge! That's unfair. Management should just be upfront and add it into the price since you have NO CHOICE! We'd choose somewhere else! Sailboat harbor was across 6 lanes of traffic.
Memorial Day Trip

I had the opportunity to stay at The Mutiny during Memorial Day and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel is located near a nice little shopping area. It's also within 15-20 minutes of Downtown Miami. I stayed in one of their one bedroom suites with a balcony and a seaview.
I would definitely recommend this to friends and stay there again.

Looks great from the outside and the lobby but the rooms are filthy, especially the floors, walls, door knobs and frames. The furniture is attractive with nice appliances in the mini kitchen. Paid valet parking is a joke, you have to wait forever for your car IF they can find it!

This hotel is patronized by the rich and famous. Grounds are surrounded by tropical folige with similar decoration by the pool along with the waterfall. All rooms with soft colors and balcony. There are units with kitchens and some with whirlpools. There are safes, irons, hair dryers, fax, and voice mail in each room. Heated pool with sauna, steam room, exercise room. Bikes for a fee. Several restaurants.
