Newly refurbished hotel, rooms very clean, brand new, large flat screen high def tv in every room, very friendly courteous staff, nice continental breakfast downstairs every morning. Easy access to most things in Charlotte. Would definitely stay here again, planning on it.

I stayed here for three and a half weeks for training. I had an awesome time here at this hotel. The staff made me feel like I was family. We all becamse very close. The rooms are so nice. They are spacious and have a lot to offer. They are in the process of turning into "Hyatt Place" and the new rooms are so nice. Their breakfast selection is amazing. The best breakfast I've ever recieved at a hotel, andI have stayed at a lot of hotels. The next time I come back through Charlotte, NC I will stay at AmeriSuites/Hyatt Place.

I was very pleased when I first arrived at this hotel. I was there for a business meeting and I must say I had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was very friendly. Everywhere I went in the hotel was very clean and well decorated. This was my frist visit to this hotel, and the next time I come to Charlotte, NC or anywhere I will be sure to book a room at AmeriSuites.

Hotel is renovating and becoming "Hyatt Place". The changes to the lobby look really nice -- also saw flat screens going in for the new rooms. But, my 1st room was not clean -- hair/other on the bed, 2nd room smelled very musty, 3rd room was very smoky -- at which point I gave up and stuck with it since it was too late to go to a diff. hotel. I complained and was met with the customary shock/dismay... but nothing was actually done. I would not stay here again.

The desk staff was excellent and very personable. Rooms were very nicely furnished with deluxe amenities. Ample parking lot with free parking and free airport shuttle included in stay.
