After having to switch condos because of very poor mattresses, the second was just as bad. My husband ended up at a chiropractor, and has never had to see one before!

I booked this vacation as a last minute get away. I was very hesistant to book a a hotel i had never heard of. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything exactly as described and better than we had hoped for. This is a perfect hotel for families who are looking for cleanliness, spacious rooms and comfort at an affordable price. We will definately book our next stay with Holiday Villas!

We stayed as a family of six with 4 grandchildren, ages between 5 to 9yrs of age. The villa that we were in seem to be new or remodeled and the accommodations were EXCELLENT, Period!

I enjoyed the villas, it just needs to add a sound system, upgrade to a DVD and do away with the old VCR deal. In addition, it also need to upgrade the master bathroom with jaccuzzi and add other features like blow dryer, shower caps etc to the bathroom.The only other problem that I can see is, when going to Royal Palm Bay villas, there are trees and shrubs covering up the sign and that makes it difficult to see when you are trying to find the villas. ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.

My family and I stayed here and it was okay. There are actually 3 different sets of villas. The kitchen was nice and saved us some money on meals, but it was very outdated. Fairly clean, no made service during the stay, the shuttle times are inconvienent especially with children. Next time, I'm going to spend the extra cash and stay at a Disney hotel inside Disneyworld..it would be worth to have access to the busses and the monorail. Overall it's a good spacious place to stay.
