A great value; I?d stay there again. The only complaint is that they don't (can?t?) respond adequately when there are noise disturbances. We had people move in next door to us who partied well into the night (until after 1am) three nights running, and they weren't just in their condo, they were spilling out onto the sidewalks and into the parking lot. I never saw the security monitors that they supposedly have 24/7, so they weren?t effective, and when we called the Holiday Villas office they didn?t do much either, so we ended up losing sleep.

We have stayed here twice now, with our first visit two years ago. Then as now, the price was great considering we had a really nice 3 bedroom condo close to Disney. It was set up very nicely, clean and close to everything we came to see and do.

Very nice accommodations.. very roomy.. was a 3 bedroom villa.. slept 6, could have slept 8.. very clean.. kitchen and bath lanoleum flooring pretty stained and needs to be replaced, but other than that I really enjoyed the stay and there was plenty of room for my twin 2 year olds to run and play.. definately would stay there again.. staff very friendly at check in.

We had a great time at Holiday Villas. It is an excellent family place, with lots of room and clean. Nice atmosphere and very easy to get to Disney parks from this location. Great value considering quality and location. Very nice staff too.

This condo resort proved to be an excellent value, with spacious clean accommodations, great proximity to Disney and good rates. We reserved a villa with a computer (smart choice) and shuttle bus for Disney was handy. Great deal.
