I recently had a trip to Orlando and stayed here for 5 days. I must say the first impression was a surprise because after checking in at the counter I was asked to go to Royal Palm blvd which is a good 2.5 miles away from Holiday Villas - This was not disclosed to me at time of booking.....But later on I found this palace to be really cool..Nice house to stay in ...All amenities you would want when with a family.....completely furnished house , ample parking space, TV ,Kitchen, Bedroom , Restrooms all in excellent condition....cant say so much about the hospitality since one the apartment is with you its all yours and really do not need the assistance of the staff at all.....internet connection was a problem though could not get connected easily .....I know the housekeeping guys did take away a couple of things once I had officially checked out on the last day.....So don't forget anything when checking out ...you may not get it back...there is a travel desk at the reception where you get discount tickets for all parks 10 miles from WDW ...bus facility available for transportation to all major places of interest......Overall I would certainly recommend this place.....if you are going with family for leisure fun and

This was a nice villa, like home away from home. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom at no additional charge. We stayed in the new ultra deluxe villa, the furniture was very nice and yes there is a hair dryer. The pool is small but nice as there is never alot of people in it and its nice that it stays open until 11pm. The only 2 downfalls were that the office is a block and a half away and that the 2 smaller bedrooms don't have cable only dvd players, so make sure the children bring their own dvds as the rentals at the store are $4.00 for the 1st rental and $2.00 fror each additional rental and you can only keep the rental for 1 night. Other than that it was great and close to everything and even walmart is right up the road which is where we brought our food. So go have fun, we did.

I'd definitely stay here again. My family and I loved it. If you're going to Disney, this is just the right place: it's close, not expensive, good service, spacious, private and convenient. The staff is helpful, especially X & Y?The place is also VERY clean which is VERY important to me.
