We have stayed at the Holiday Villas two years in a row, and we love it. Our condo had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and best of all...a free washer and dryer. It is clean, smells good and is like our home away from home. We have 2 young kids and it is nice to be able to watch TV at night while they sleep safely in their room. Getting ready for the day is so much quicker with two showers. We love the Villas and will stay again. Three years ago, we stayed in a different condo and the Villas are 100 times nicer and larger for the same price. Did I mention the free washer and dryer?? We are very picky about what hotels and condos we stay in and we love the Villas and will stay again and again.

I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the suite. We were immediately bumped from a two bedroom to a three bedroom upon our arrival for just $5 per night. This helped as my sister and her daughter were meeting us there just for the weekend so they did not have to shell out for a separate hotel. I was surprised however that where you check in off of Polynesian Isle is not where we stayed (that is for townhome reservations). We had to go back onto192E, make a right a short distance later (at the Perkins Restaurant) and proceed to the development which is a little ways off the main highway. A plus to that was it was right next to a police/fire station. The suite was clean and spacious, we had a full kitchen which saved us on eating out all the time (Publix is down 192E to the right). The furniture was outdated and visibly worn but comfortable. They do offer a shuttle to the parks but we opted to drive the short distance and pay the extra parking fees. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would recommend for any family vacation as an affordable, comfortable, roomy hotel.

This really worked great for us! We have an autistic son that has severe food allergies. Having the kitchen (all pots, utensils, coffee maker....everything you need) to cook in and the extra bedroom for him made the trip possible. A hotel room never could have worked for us. All shopping, even a Super Target is just 5 minutes away. Rent a car. All parks are a short drive away and you can even get to CoCoa Beach in less than an hour and a half. It was very clean. Only bad part was that the beds were terrible and we had the only end unit that sat on a busy street next to a fire station...no kidding...lots of sirens! If you run yourself ragged at Sea World like we did, you'll sleep through anything. We'd stay again.

When I first saw the pictures for this hotel I was not convinced but after arriving at our 3 bed apartment, I was SUPER impressed. Their pictures should be updated. Stayed with the family and everything was nice and quite. I am super happy and will be back!

Apart from some spotty weather, our family had an excellent time staying at this location, not far from Disney. The convenience, value and location were excellent compared with other places we have stayed in the Orlando vicinity. The villas were very roomy and well outfitted. The level of cleanliness was superb. Nice features included excellent TV, free Disney bus, and available computers. This was a truly great value and a perfect way for families to stay during an Orlando vacation.
