We stayed at this Holiday Inn because we had complications with our flight. It was the best night of our entire vacation. This hotel was gorgeous, the decor in the room was so impressive. While I wasn't particularly impressed with the staff at the front desk - particularly Elicia the girl would did our check out; the restaurant staff was GREAT! Pino and Rose were so friendly and I was glad to meet them. Our meal was fantastic - I had a NY strip steak that was delectable! I would and I will visit this hotel again - I was very pleased with the accomodations and service.

Stayed here for couple days on a business trip, room and customer service was excellent!!

We arrived at 1:30 AM, the day before a cruise. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very tastefully furnished, the bathroom was very nice, there was no unpleasant odor, as so many rooms have, the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was no obvious information outside of the breakfast buffet. We learned, too late, that it was $9.95 per person with an extra charge for orange juice! It looked like it was included in the room rate. We took their shuttle to the cruiseport, $10 pp,. We would definitely stay there again.

It was 9pm in the evening and after 8 hours of traveling, we checked into our room, placed the suitcases on the floor, laid a jacket down on the dresser under the TV, and were completely obvious to the hundreds of small white bugs crawling all over the dresser and carpet.About 20 minutes later, we discovered the bugs were everywhere and in shock, we telephoned the on-duty manager. He labeled them "white ants" and sent maintenance to spray. We changed rooms and spent the rest of the evening picking bugs off our clothes. Best advise, don't stay here!
