Very quaint atmosphere, entertainment in lodge, great breakfast buffet, beautiful setting, romantic, will visit again!
What bathroom?

The lodge looks nice until you get your room key to work. Our Suite was nice enough until we realized that to flush the toilet we had to remove the lid to the tank and pull the chain, once that was accomplised the supplied plunger was required to complete the flush. Then when it came time for a shower no luck as there was no shower curtain and the Lodge was holding a $100 cleaning deposit, we asked for these items to be rectified, but as of check-out time we were still unshowered and disappointed.

The unfinished pool was nice. So was the rude desk attendant, our cold room full of bugs with a broken heater. This place is a complete waste of money. Many other places, on the ocean for less money.
Stay Away From Older Rooms

We were assigned room 501. We were told is was one of their "rustic, original cabins" It was old and shabby. Walls were paper-thin. We could hear the couple next door talking in normal voices.

We had the suite and it was very clean. The service was great. The food was very good. The outside grounds were very beautiful, very romantic setting. We would definitely stay there again.
