Overall the resort was nice to stay at. The sleep number bed was very nice and the pools and hot tubs were very relaxing. Also th epool bar and sports bar made very good drinks at a resonable price. The only problem we had in five days was the housekeeping didnt come so I had to call the front desk and talk to a manager because we needed towels and he had the come right away and took off the daily service fee.

The hotel was beautiful! The pools and the hotel were very relaxing. It was great for the whole family.

We liked everything about the hotel, except the carpet. I didn't even want to take my shoes off it was so bad. (And I'm a guy!) Other then that, it was a great place to stay.

Power to the hotel was out the night we arrived. We were given glosticks to find our room. There is no shuttle from the airport,$* taxi ride.Front desk Everyone could brush up on customer service, Very rude. Landscape is BEAUTIFUL! Pools very clean. ROOMS VERY CLEAN. Kid activities every day. All meals and drinks at the hotel are very expensive, and not worth it. Pay for the taxi, and go out to eat. Get groceries from the store, and pack you refridgerator in the room. Shuttle service to seaworld was on time.

The pools and spa were very nice and relaxing. We reserved a room w/the Sleep Number beds and were not given such a room on our first night. We complained and were given free breakfast for one day. The bathroom was VERY small. My husband and I could not both be in there at the same time. Housekeeping did an EXCELLENT job. We would come back to the hotel w/a very clean room and well made beds. They even put our daughters security blanket on the bed for her.
