This resort is on beautiful grounds....the rooms were fine...staff is very friendly...room service great...pools great....10 mins from parks.....convienent...you get what you pay for...would return!
Nice pool and Close to parks

The best thing this hotel has is it's location close to Disney maingate and it has a nice pool area. Rooms were average. Maintenance staff never replaced our broken safe and our requests to replace burned out light bulbs never were responded to. We stayed here 5 years ago and were a little disappointed this time. Guest Services desk pesonnell were giving out mis-leading information about the Disney rates. I was so confused I ended up just getting them at the park.

Pools were very nice, everything else was mediocre. Food store in hotel was more expensive then the parks and restaurant service was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes for the host to greet us before we finally gave up. Our room and sheets were also dirty with visible stains. The shuttle service changed their pickup times in the middle of our stay leaving us stranded at Universal Studios for over an hour because we were not informed of the change. Check with the driver the daily pick up times. Another family was stranded for over 2 hours.
