Don't book for the shuttle

I ended up picking this hotel because of the shuttle service they offered. I did not want to have to do the driving and thought that with a mandatory daily charge of $11.30, the shuttle service would be fine. However, what they don't tell you is that the number of shuttles is very limited. There is only one shuttle a day to sea world, and only one shuttle a day to universal. Then when they picked us up at sea world we had to fight all the traffic back to universal before we headed back for the hotel. Needless to say, the shuttle ride took over an hour-and-a-half. In addition, just to get to downtown Disney, we had to take the Radisson shuttle to magic kingdom, board the metro to the entrance, walk about a mile to a bus stop in from of a convention center, take a shuttle from there to some other hotel, and then continue on that shuttle to downtown Disney. Total time was almost 2 hours. Bottom line is that if you are going to book this hotel for transportation convenience, don't! I wish I would have just driven myself and paid the parking.

We stayed here over labour day weekend and it was great !
Easy check-in, nice staff, clean room, fantastic pool and amenities and great location for the theme parks.
we didn't have a sleep number and our bed was very comfortable. The pool area is amazing, with free towel service, bar and music.
My only complaint is that the wake-up call service is totally unreliable but we used the alarm clock just in case.
The breakfast buffet was included with our room and it was excellent every morning. Probably a $* value per couple right there !
Overall, we were very impressed, a great deal for the price, and will be staying here again during our next visit.

The property is very nice and the grounds are well kept. The rooms are very clean but a little small. The bathroom is extremely small but very updated and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation. The kids loved the pools and having a heated pool made is great for nightime swim. Having shuttels to the parks was nice but we could have used more frequent trips to Universal since they only had one going per day. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the resort. I will definitely book with this resort again. Great deal for the price.
Great getaway

Make sure you request a room with the sleep number bed. When checked in got a room with a King bed and it was as hard as a board. Moved rooms in the middle of the night. Management was helpful and changed rooms with no hassle. The pool side bar was great. Friendly staff.

Positives first; Helpful friendly staff would get me back here again. The lobby is beautiful and they even have a sketch artist that does excellent work. The pool area is tropical and they have live bands that make it like Hawaii. The location is 5 minutes from Disney! Bad thing for us was the room had a 3 drawer dresser for 5 of us. Had to use the suitcases as drawers. The featured water slide broke but the manager comped a meal. I would recommend Radison Resot to friends!
