RAMADA INN BURBANK GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH FAMILY!!

I was very,very,very surprised when i walked in the lobby to check in.The rates were so reasonable i was not expecting it to be so nice,then when we walked in the court yard where the rooms face i was even more pleased,then when i walked in the room i was so so so very happy with my choice of hotel! the price was so great! the room was clean,and it didnt even smell funny,the staff was very friendly close to freeway and universal studios,i was there for 5days and plan on going back soon,yes this is family friendly!

Holy Cow! I knew the rates were cheap on this hotel, but never expected such a terrible vacation. The hotel is older and dated, but rooms are relatively clean. HOWEVER, on our first night there, someone entered our room at 1:30 AM (thank goodness I put on the chain). As I ran around trying to find some clothes to put on so I could call Security, Security showed up - trying to open the door again. The Guard stated there was a mix up (DUH) and I needed to go to the lobby with ID. Well, they gave my room to someone else. The kicker - the staff offered me 50% off BREAKFAST as a recompense!!!! Second night there, a homeless, shirtless person was sitting in the lobby in handcuffs, surrounded by Burbank PD because he attempted to pickpocket someone in the lobby.
If I have to beg, borrow, or steal some additional money just to NOT stay at this place next time we go to Hollywood, I will.
DO NOT stay here !!!!!!!! ( stay at your own risk ).

This was the worst. The room was very dirty. There were stains all over the bathroom walls, dirt in the corners, I did not even want to take off my shoes while walking on the carpet, there were several burn holes in the carpet, holes in bathroom door, and I just felt icky in there overall. Not in the best neighborhood either. The one bright spot was the front desk personel. Everyone was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I would NEVER stay here again.
Good value for the money

Stayed for several days last week. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located.
The room as a bit shabby, however given that I spent very little awake time in the room the value here was good.
