Maybe it was ""the spot"" during F, Scott Fitzgeralds time but it needs much improvement now for what they charge you. I have never paid so much and gotten so little.

If you like old world charm and the service that comes with it, this is the place to stay. Make sure you stay in the old section. That is the area with the most charm. The spa is amazing. The grounds, breathtaking. Worth whatever they charge.

Have stayed at MANY resorts and thought this was one of the best. Beautiful view, location, spa, restaurant and lobby. Love the arts and crafts deco. A unique place to stay and alot for your money.
