This hotel was better than I expected. The service was outstanding and the location great. I did not use my car the enitre trip.

Only got to stay one night, but what a great property. The location is ideal and the historic Savannah charm you feel when you walk in the door is great!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We found the staff generally friendly. We found the staff, mainly the conceriege, very disorganized and not helpful at all. I actually had an accident while in my hotel room, which was promptly reported to the staff and in which I asked them to provide a rubber mat for a very slippery tub, and got no assistance. We expected to rely on the conceirge for suggestions and assistance and she was inefficient and amazingly unhelpful.
