Registration took forever, I waited a good 30 minutes. Signs for registering were not clearly displayed. I was assigned to one of the towers, which is a good distance from the main area and it took forever to get to my room with luggage. The tower building had a dingy feel to it, though, the room seemed basically clean. The TV remote was missing so I could never watch TV. I asked for a wait up call and it came 15 minutes late. The food was okay.
I applaud the casino for having $3 blckjack. Also having a DEUCE stop right in from of the casino was great.
If entertaining the kids is key this is a good place to stay, otherwise, move right on.

I was pleased with the hotel in gerneral but I was dissappointed that more wasn't done to insure that a group of kids(basketball players) that were also staying in our building weren't kept a little more quiet. Security was just out side our building and I would think knowing that a large group of teenagers were there they would have walked through at night and made sure they were not disturbing the other guests. These kids were very loud and kept us awake until after 1 am each night. I did finally call and they came and quieted them down quickley so I guess I should have called sooner but I didn't want to make trouble for them either as they were on vacation as well.
The Casino Cafe was excellent, the food was great at a reasonable price and the service was wonderful.
Good Value but Not For Everyone

This was our third visit to Circuse Circus and we have been continually pleased with the value. However, this hotel is not for those who want a touch of luxury while in Vegas, or who want to get away from children and noise. The hotel has a lot of children, which at times try a guests patience. The food in the hotel restaurants is very good, but the service varies dramatically. We were ignored by some staff at restaurants and the next day treated royally in the same restaurant. Maybe we ran into some disgruntled employees. Bottom Line: If you want your resources for dining, shows, and gambling -- not hotel costs -- Circus Circus is your place. We would also highly recommend that you stay in the West Towere -- not the Manor.

This was my first stay at Circus Circus. There were 2 couples in our party. Arrived late at night and had to wait in line for what seemed like forever to check in, only 1 or 2 desk clerks. Not acceptable in my book. Was not aware of what a manor room was. Ended up being 5 buildings away from the main hotel in a more of a 'motel' setting, and had to walk to and from daily. Definitely more for a family that was driving into the city to stay and needed to park easily. A lot of kids around, but expected that. Very far walk to the monorail, and rest of strip. Just didn't seem convenient for anything. Cheap yes, but you get what you pay for.

First, my husband and I checked in for a fun trip to Vegas...the check in was way too long. We then found out we weren't actually staying IN the hotel, but in a "manor" room as they called it. These rooms are buildings across the street from the hotel and were the worst I have ever stayed in! The bed was not comfortable, it smelled funny and I didn't feel at ease, as I should since I was on vacation. We then went to the front desk the next morning and they put us in a room is one of the towers. It wasn't much better, although the bed was nicer...no springs in my back! As my husband and I were walking out we saw a jumper from the 5th floor parking garage. That was it for me!!! We checked out and headed to the Bellagio...which I have to say is by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! Save your time and aggavation at Circus Circus and go to a better hotel!
