Three-story hotel with parking on the ground floor only.
Numerous problems: There were two phones but only one worked, the lights didn't work, and the refrigerator didn't work. They charged me an energy surcharge even though it was not quoted when I made the reservation.
The manager was absent and when I complained to the franchise management, they encouraged the motel to respond. They did, in 2-3 weeks. Most of what their response indicated they had not read my list of complaints and blamed me. They said I had not immediately complained about the issues, which is simply not true.
