Dog smell

The first room we checked into smelled so bad (wet dog and mildew), we couldn't stand to stay in it. We asked for another room, and were even willing to pay more for it. The second room we got wasn't much better. Finally, they got us a room that did not smell like wet dog. Very pet friendly, and great if you're taking your own smelly dog, otherwise, I would pass.

I reserved 2 rooms for this visit after looking at what surrounding hotels had to offer. This hotel seem to have everything we wanted which it did. The only problem we had was that one of our rooms wasn't ready when we checked in. We arrived at almost 5 p.m. and one room wasn't ready. The reason given was that many of the staff had quit that day. We finally got the second room about a half -hour later. Other than that inconvinience, the stay was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great and there was plenty to eat. This was a good visit.
