Clean, safe, but very cheap construction - disabled persons beware

We stayed in the one ONLY disabled "suite". This was NOT a 2-room suit but rather one motel room with a bed, couch, and chair. The room was clean and the facility was new but it looked like the building was constructed with cheap materials and thrown together in a hurry. One plus was the double window in the room because without it the noise from the freeway (30 feet away!) would be unbearable. Negatives: The pool & spa were filthy; cleaning staff did not leave soap so we had to ask for it; cleaning staff did not leave enough towels for 2 people so we had to ask for them; the toilet was fussy which required us to jiggle the handle; cleaning staff did not leave toilet paper so we had to ask for more (embarrassing!); cleaning staff parked their carts in the hallway what was the ONLY way for a disabled person to get out and with the carts in the hallway it would be a tight squeeze for someone in a wheel chair; the continental breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about and almost totally lacking in nutrition (only protein was from dairy products so lactose intolerant people beware!!); the area where the breakfast was setup was tiny and for someone in a wheel chair it would be impossible to get around; shower in room was a walk-in shower with bench and hand-held shower head (nice feature) but the shower was narrow causing anyone taking a shower to sort of tangle in the shower curtain, also, because of design the shower would leak into the room and the drain in the floor was too high profile to drain water away which left a puddle on the tile floor (dangerous!).

They were very efficient with their space, but a little too small. Buffet was ok, not great, but ok. People were friendly.

The hotel provides a lot of info about restaurant around it. It even provides menu. Room smells a little bit. The hotel is surrounded by high way. It's noisy.
