Be Careful of Your Room Charges!

This Hotel is very POORLY managed. They charged my three night stay to the wrong person, although they gave me a reciept for my stay. They constantly told two different stories to me and the wrongly charged person. To resolve the error, they took my credit card information and then four days later said that they never spoke with me and don't know who I could have spoken to or where my credit card information is. It took two months to resolve this issue and they were not really concerned that they were mismanaging sensitive information and improperly charging individuals for hotel stays. I feel sorry for the guest who was improperly charged for my stay!

My very favorite hotel !

Loved every second that I spent at this hotel, and I can't wait to be back. Perfect room. Clean, modern, excellent attention to details in the artwork and lighting. Lobby and all areas are inviting-with water fountains, cozy chairs, an outdoor fire pit. Beautiful, large swimming area-adults can lap swim inside away from the casual swimmers. Outside the room is fantastic, too. Footsteps away from the Football and Hockey arena-just keep your car parked at the hotel. Fun filled plaza to walk around, shop and eat. I loved this place!

Took the wife and our two little ones for some R&R time when we found their amazing rates. I asked at check in why the rates were so good and I found out that they are a group hotel (connected to a huge convention and media center) and that when they are slow with groups they offer some great opening year rates. Pool was huge, food was unique and original, and the staff acts like the true professionals that you find in a John Q Hammons and Marriott hotel. Everything was state of the art since they just opened. I even edited our family footage on the flat screen tv through their "jak pak" (sp) system. Next door in Westgate there was shops and even a huge movie theater. That with the spa in house and the proximity to Jobing.com, the University of Phoenix stadium, and Cabellas - you can bet we will be back.
