I found a bed bug in my bed. When I went to the manager, he said I was crazy and that I should just go to sleep. Horrible customer service.

On the up side:
-Friendly staff
-COmfortable room
-Centrally located to what I needed
-Close to the airport
-Beautiful weather (OK, that wasn't them but they get the credit)
On the down side:
-THe free breakfast was worth every dime I paid for it (ick)
-The sound protection from the couple upstairs was non-existant and meant they were in a virtul threesome which, if you really wanted to sleep, wasn't the greatest option.

This hotel is one of the nicest small hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was fantastic and very accomandating. Very clean, bedding and room was quiet. Looking forward to staying there again on my next visit to Rochester.

Have stayed here several times. Excellent front desk staff, clean, large rooms with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Large, inviting lobby and breakfast area.
Greatest Hotel In Rochester

This has to be one of the finest hotels in the area. The property is maintained beautifully and looks as if it is brand new. The rooms are super clean. I travel alot and the service I received from the staff was incredible. All my expectations were met above and beyond what I could have hoped for.
