This was our second stay at this particular hotel. As always, the staff is very friendly, in that sincere way that doesn't make you think their paychecks slap smiles on their faces. The room was a decent size, with a cozy bed and nice, fluffy pillows. The fitness center is a smallish room with a bike, treadmill, and elliptical machine. If you're the type that doesn't like to be watched while working out, the location - near the front of the hallway - may not be your cup of tea. There is a free continental breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, a variety of breads and cereals, and coffee, tea, juices, and milk. While a lot of the local businesses are newer and rather nice, some of the locals seem a bit rough. Fortunately, we didn't run into a whole of of those.

This hotel is one of the nicest small hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was fantastic and very accomandating. Very clean, bedding and room was quiet. Looking forward to staying there again on my next visit to Rochester.

Have stayed here several times. Excellent front desk staff, clean, large rooms with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Large, inviting lobby and breakfast area.

This has to be one of the finest hotels in the area. The property is maintained beautifully and looks as if it is brand new. The rooms are super clean. I travel alot and the service I received from the staff was incredible. All my expectations were met above and beyond what I could have hoped for.
