24 Hour Cancellation Policy. My flight was cancelled and I was unable to go to Houston. I called the Hotel at 6pm on the date of arrival and was informed of the 24 Hour cancellation policy. I was charged the full room price and was unable stay at the hotel. Efforts to correct the charge were unsuccessful.
