Convenient location on westbound highway 59 between Kirby and Buffalo Speedway. Appears hotel is trying to make up for some deferred maintenance, but nothing disruptive about the construction. Badly in need of a window washer, but clean (slightly dated) rooms and hallways. Room service available, but food accommodations in lobby are sadly lacking. Numerous restaurants dot the area--drive yourself or have the hotel take you in its van, which appeared to be available on short notice. Staff members were pleasant and knowledgable about area.
I had a rate that, with TTL, totalled about $*/ight. At that rate its a great deal. If the rate is significantly higher, there is a Holiday Inn Crown Plaza one block over.
Won't go there again

The room was clean but extremely small. The bathroom was very outdated with a shower head that didn't work properly and a bath tub with cracks around the drain. Put in for a wake up call and never received it. Lucky we woke up early on our own.
It was okay

The hotel is okay. Nothing particularly outstanding in either a good or bad way. Front desk staff very friendly, room clean and sufficient, and close to the highway. Unfortunately, traffic sounds could be heard all night - even on the 8th floor! However, eventually we tuned out the noise, got used to the hard bed, and slept fine. No Au Bon Pain in the lobby, even though it is advertised as having one. Nevertheless, it met our needs as an overnight stay close to pretty much everything.

We stayed here and would definitely do again. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and pleasant. The desk clerk was dealing w/a large group on a bus before us and kept her stuff together and was extremely pleasant, teased the group and smiled all the while. We were going to eat dinner in the restaurant but they closed early due to lack of customers so the clerk told us which restaurants delivered and made some suggestions.
The bed was uncomfortable, but the room was clean and quiet. We were going to have breakfast in the am, but decided against. But it did look good.
I will stay here again.
Rude Staff

Hotel was overbooked and did not have our correct reservations. Management and personnel were completely rude and not so apologetic. They ended up canceling our reservation after we got irritated considering they did not have the rooms we asked for and told us to go stay elsewhere. Extremely dissatisfying for Sheraton Four Points. Although we had printed confirmations to show double bed guaranteed they said that it was guaranteed and we had to take single king size or go to another hotel. Another employee staff there at the moment admitted that hotel gets overbooked all the time leading to mistakes such as this one. In this matter hotel staff should have been more reasonable and willing to work with us rather than just canceling our rooms and telling us to go stay elsewhere. Will NEVER recommend anybody to ever stay here!!!!!
