We do a lot of travelling and this by far was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. The ESAs we've seen always look nice from the outside. We like dogs but it seemed like every guest had brought theirs along. Don't know if that contributed to the bad smell in the hallways or not. We didn't get the type of room we reserved (2 double beds) but instead were given a room with 1 king (that made a noise every time someone made the slightest movement) and a bed couch with broken springs. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or lotion so make sure you bring your own if you stay here. And there's no fan or ventilation in the bathroom which is really bad considering the toilet, shower, and sink are all in one room. If you want your bed made or room cleaned evey day then plan on paying extra ($10) unless you stay for 6 or more days. Next time we'll pay extra to stay some place with better accomodations and hopefully get a decent night's rest.
