Horrible

My family and I had checked in after a long day at a volleyball tournament and customer service was horrible, very rude. The hotel had recently been renovated but our room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The volleyball team including parents went to their restaurant for the breakfast buffet half an hour after they were suppose to have opened and the only thing they had out for the buffet was water. Yes, only water not food.

Hotel was located near our destination that was a plus. Lobby was clean and nicely decorated. However, carpeting in room was shabby, mold in the shower, faucets were loose and would hardly shut off. You must pay for parking; they will validate for in and out privliages if you ask.
