Bad Customer Service

The pool and hot tub were closed the entire visit. The restaurant was horrible and the hotel staff were not friendly. They offered no assistance when asked what attractions were in the area. Although our room was very nice, the cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room on one of our days there. We had to go to the lobby to ask for towels.

Great friendly staff and beautiful hotel! My family and I stayed here for a family reunion. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! Service was great! The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and shopping?downtown Raleigh very close by and easy access to everything. Loved the hotel and location, would definitely recommend staying here whenever visiting Raleigh for business or leisure!

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and gave excellent directions to any location around the city.
