My Husband and I spent 8 nights at this Hotel. The room was comfortable. The staff from the Bellman to the Front desk were the most helpful with dining suggestions and directions to get there. January is a slow month and a wonderful time for a leisure vacation. The buffet breakfast is excellent but abit pricey. The bed was very comfortable. The airport was 10 minutes away.

I recently stayed here for an overnight trip. Hotel was very nice and tastefully decorated. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Check In and Out went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again during future Charlotte trips!

My brand-new husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Even though we were only there overnight we loved everything about it. The rooms were clean, staff was great, pool and hot-tub were great, etc. Didn't eat there, so can't comment on that!

the rooms were excellent and I enjoy the restaurant inside the hotel as well. I did not like the internet service fee was not disclosured until I was inside the room ready to log on

Though we were there on buisness, the hotel staff made us feel like it was our honemoon. They were extremely helpful and I would definately make the Renaissance my destination for any future trips to the city.
