My husband and I will definitely be back. We have stayed at a lot of hotels, several Peabody's and Marriott's, but this hotel outshined them by far. The shuttle service was great and saved us a lot of walking. The rooms were very nice and clean and the decor was awsome. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all of the employees at the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip to D.C. and intend on staying at the Hyatt again. Cannot think of one negative thing regarding this hotel. It helped make our trip memorable.

We stayed here for one night on the weekend and it was perfect. Just a short drive from the mall and reasonable for the high standard room we got. Only drawback was expensive valet-only parking, but there is a public lot across the street for $5. Bed was comfortable, and the lounge at the top floor has a nice view.

We stayed there one night after attending an event hosted in the hotel. We got one of the suites, and it was great. Good price. Great hotel.
My stay at the Hyatt

I flew into Regan and called for pickup in baggage claim by the Hyatt Shuttle. Shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. Check in at the hotel took all of 5 minutes. Room was clean and spacious. My dislikes as far as the hotel would probably be the showers, as there are no doors and the floor would be pretty wet after my shower. I would also recommend requesting a room that is not near the elevator, because not only do you have the noise from when people first come off, but the soda machine as well as the ice machine are right there and that can become a little annoying at 3 in the morning. The bartender at Lobbi was excellent and the food was decent. Overall, would stay there again and there were no issues I experienced that I would tell someone to not consider the Hyatt.

Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very accomodating with free shuttle service to & from Airport and Metro. We were given complimentary breakfast tickets for a full breakfast buffet during our stay and it was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting the DC area. We had a great time.
