Cool...

I loved it here. It was close to Disney, also plenty of shops and restaurants at walking distance. Never heard of Old Towne before, (but I like it now) this was at walking distance from the hotel as well. Friday night is classic car night.

Continental breakfast is good, staff friendly, the pool is 24 hours which is amazing because our friends who stayed at another hotel and paid far more $ than we did a night, pool closed at 10pm.

We did not take advantage of the free shuttle to the park, but has we known there was one, we prob would have used it.

Room was clean and well roomie.

My husband and my two kids decided to go to Florida for Disney World and happened to stay at Comfort Suites Maingate East. The staff was really friendly and they have a huge display in the lobby dedicated to awards and I could tell why. My kids are very picky eaters usually, but at the free continental breakfast, they ate everything on their plate! They had everything you could want for breakfast. They even had Mickey waffles!

I was amazed by them having a place to purchase the tickets inside the lobby and free transportation there, which saved us at least 10 dollars and an hour wait in line. Their huge pool was even open 24 hours which was outstanding because most pools are not. We relaxed for a good couple of hours there before heading back to the room. My kids enjoyed their game room and I enjoyed their workout room as well. I am so happy that we stayed at this hotel and we are looking forward to it every year for future family vacations.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews from travel websites. We were not disappointed. The hotel is not a Hilton or 5 star hotel but we didn't expect one either. As far as the rooms being clean, ours was spotless. I noticed that after checkout the staff removed all mattresses, moved the bed and dressers, and vacuumed every square inch of the carpets. They even removed the air conditioner covers and cleaned the vents. How someone could say their rooms weren't clean is beyond me. Granted if you're going to stay for more than a day they don't necessarily change your sheets every day but I'm sure most people don;t change theirs every day at home either. The pool was clean and very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotels that I've stayed at. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile of the hotel. The hotel is also very close to all the major attractions. The only down side is that the hotel is about 3 blocks off the main highway and the area , old town, an amusement area and park doesn't look very appealing. It's a great clean, low price hotel for families with children. They didn't get all their awards just because it was their turn. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here last year for the first time and was so impressed we booked it again. They remembered and sent us a welcome back basket which I thought was very sweet. It is still a great place and they aim to please.

This hotel is the absolute best hotel in the entire Orlando area. The hotel is the cleanest, friendliest and most helpful place I have stayed at. Not only is the staff wonderful, the General Managers are great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their hotel as much as they enjoy their vacation.
