Nice, Clean, Helpful, Honest & Friendly

Staff was Great and very friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were a nice size. Very very close to Magic Mountain.
We left our Jackes behind, but the staff from the hotel (->Olivia) found the jackes and afer a call, they have been send to our next hotel in LA.
Would definitly stay here again.

The hotel was nice. Fast and friendly service. No problems. The breakfast was quite expensive at $10.95 a person but it was Sunday morning so maybe it is a special thing.

Perfect Six Flags Valencia Hotel

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Valencia and I absolutely loved it! It’s literally across the street from Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor. The service was great – extremely quick check-in and out, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great dining service.
I ate at the Great American Grill and was impressed by the cuisine and the extensive cocktail menu. The Pavilion Pantry is open 24 hrs and had a great assortment of convenience items, that definitely came in handy late in the night.
My room had a vaulted ceiling, with a great view of the pool. There was a microwave, refrigerator, flat screen HDTV with pay-per-view, free Internet access, coffee maker, and more all in my room. The entire hotel is non-smoking so I didn’t have to deal with that horrible smoke smell in the room. In fact, the entire hotel had a very pleasant smell to it.
Other than the extreme proximity to Six Flags, there were great wine places right around the corner from the hotel. Wine 661 was a ton of fun and less than a mile from the hotel. I loved the outdoor pool at the Hilton Garden Inn Valencia. It was surrounded with all types of foliage and felt very tropical and secluded – I really appreciate that in a hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Valencia. I will definitely book here for my next trip to Valencia.
Wonderful Staff and Clean Rooms

Staff was Great and very friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. Called down for 2 items and the front desk person brought them up himself in less than 5 minutes. Also, called for extra pillows and those were delivered right away. Room service was also very fast. Only wish room service were available in the morning and early afternoon. Rooms were a nice size and patio door opened to a small balcony overlooking the pool. Very Very close to Magic Mountain. Would definitly stay here again.

When I didnt recieve the type room I had reserved the night manager acted as though he didnt know anything and then when questioned yelled at me over the phone. Terrible customer service.
