Everything, you name, they have it.

Best Things About the Resort:
1 mile from Disney World.

We purchased our unit at Westgate sight unseen on E-bay and WOW were we excited when we saw it for the first time. This is a beautiful resort. Luxury rooms, many pools, and nicely landscaped grounds.

Best Things Nearby:
Disney is one mile away if you wish to visit. There are plenty of places to eat along US 192. There is also pleany of shopping from designer to flea markets very close by.

Best Things About the Resort:
The villas are clean and very spacious. Great for a family vacation. Staff was helpful. The store and deli on site was great. There is also a Pizza Hut Express and a Sizzler Rest on the premises.

Resort Experience:
It's a great centrally located timeshare. A great place for kids. The units are large. They are equipped with everything you'll need, including washer and dryer. The villas are spread over a good amount of land so there will be walking or some driving to get from place to place within the resort. It's a clean place that feels like a home away from home.

We found our accommodations to be sub-par, if not shoddy. Service was lousy. There were long lines at check-in and check-out. We arrived late (9pm) and immediately requested sheets for our hide-a-bed, which they knew in advance we needed, and new sheets for our master bed, which were not clean. Over 2 hours later, and four phone calls, we got our sheets. Our young boys were exhausted, we were stressed from a tough day of travel, and the staff basically hassled us before they honored our request.

Our unit was very small (it was a one-bedroom), had no balcony or any kind of a view (it was more like a motor lodge than a condo), and every other night, I was kept awake by parking-lot cleaning. There were some nicer units on the grounds (it's a monstrous place), but I believe, as an RCI member, not an owner, that they stashed us in an inferior unit.

We had a full docket of activities planned the entire week and didn't plan on spending hardly any time on grounds, so we didn't request a better unit. Otherwise, we would have. In the end, I feel cheated. I traded our luxury condo at the tip of Cabo for a piece of junk. We would have been better off at an Embassy Suites. At least they would have fed us breakfast. That way I could have used my spent week on a nice place.

Best Things About the Resort:
Nothing.

Resort Experience:
Unfriendly staff, dirty unit, missing appliances, broken jacuzzi, the water heater closet not locked when we arrived so my children could have been burned, and there were only four bath towels in a unit that is supposed to accommodate 10 people.

Best Things Nearby:
Disney is very close, and the location here is convenient for access.

Best Things About the Resort:
It was very well equipped, and at the time we visited, they frequently gave free breakfasts or food events.

Well situated for easily accessing Disney, and one of the nicest developments in the whole area. Right up there along with Vistana, Orange Lake Country Club, and Royal Palms (Marriott) as one of the premier places to stay.

Resort Experience:
The unit is well equipped with many amenities, and our family of six was very satisfied.

The only thing we considered a negative was being a little intruded on to attend a timeshare pitch. Other than that small detail, absolutely no complaints. Be prepared though, if you don't have sales resistance say no to a timeshare presentation which tends to be hard sell.

There's a game room, grocery, great pools, and live entertainment all onsite, and rooms that are spacious and geared for a family.

Our unit had a washer and dryer, which is always great with a family. We'd gladly stay here again. There are quite a range of accomodations and the newer units are far more luxurious as they seem to never end marketing. Even if you get an older unit you'll find it spacious and accomodating, but try to get into the newest unit you can!
