Terrible Worst Vacation Stay Ever

Extremely slow check in process. We reserved a room in the new towers, but got a room in the old dilapidated section, that had scarce parking. When we got into the room we found it to be dirty, infested with ants, and traces of roaches. We called and the exterminator came right away, but left puddles of insecticide and dead insects for us to clean up. Beds were hard as a rock, remotes contol the tv but not the DVD player so you had to get up to pause, play, etc. Hot water was in short supply. You felt as if you were staying in the projects and were afraid to go to the pool by the looks of all the thuggish kids hanging around and the clear sound of bass music deep into the night. We called our personal concierge, but got no results, because she turned out to be a sales person, who with the help of her two manager cohorts, tried to bullly us into buying. The one great thing about this place was leaving! If you're really considering buying into a vacation package, try Disney. We did and were very happy. Great system, that you can use to travel anywhere in the world, and no pressure to buy.

Todo organizado, limpio e inmaculado. Fui con mi familia y todo fue espectacular y la atención divina. Sin pensarlo volvería otra vez!!

I had a good experiance. noting to complain about, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. would stay there again!

I just got back from this trip, and I was pleasantly surprised. We were NEVER approached about a timeshare, we got upgraded automatically, and the entertainment around the pool was great for the kids. I would go again. We were given new towels everyday, and they took out the garbage. Don't expect anything else, but for the price, why would you.
Horrible Timeshare Experience

The hotel was exceptional and met all of our expectations, however the timeshare presentation was one of the worst travel experiences we have had. The 90 minute tour lasted 3 hours. The sales person was dishonest, demeaning, and threatening. The sales person told us we could not come back to the hotel ever unless we paid "full" price, even if we booked online. The presentation ended when the sales person caused a scene by shouting at us.
