Everything about our trip to this resort was pleasant with the exception that the 90 minute timeshare tour turned out to be 4 hours. Our room was good but we were placed looking over the maintainence and employee meeting area in the morning. The employees were vocal in the morning and woke us up. Most of them could not speak english. I would stay at this resort again but there is not way I or my wife will go through another timeshare tour. The small amount you save is not worth it and the price of the timeshare along with the ripoff maintainence fee is way to high.

This resort is completely revolved around selling timeshares. The check in process will take you an hour at the least, they will charge your card 50 dollars for "incidentals" (not a hold, an actual charge". They are very focused upon selling you a timeshare. I tried to tell them I was just staying the night because I had been to a conference, they still persisted. You cannot just check in like a hotel, you have to go through this big procedure. When I got to the room, the DVD player did not work and I had to wait for someone to come fix it. When I went to check out, again, a big procedure. They really are not interested in your satisfaction if you are not purchasing a time share, so I am not really sure why they advertise themselves for individual night stays. If you are only planning to stay one night and just want a decent room, go somewhere else, because the check in and out is ridiculously time consuming.

The staff does not know anything about the resort - can't answer basic questions. The Kids club is only for babies. The beds are as hard as a rock. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!!! IT'S NOT A GOOD DEAL!!! IT WILL BE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Check in was slow & LONG! We were here on a guest pass from a week we purchased from a co-worker's time share. At check in, we were offered a breakfast in the morning and someone would "show us around the property" so we would know where everything was. We were told that if we did this, then we could use all activities at "no charge." We were promised to be done by 9:00 am & at that time we would be given $* cash. We signed up & had to leave a $* fully refundable deposit that we were to get back when we showed up for the breakfast. We showed up & were greeted by X who said that he would be joining us for breakfast & then showing us the place. The breakfast was awful & we listened to X talk about the condos, etc. Then, he took us for a ride to show us some nice condos (ours was in the ghetto section) & then we went to big conference room. He made us an offer to buy a condo and, after discussing it, my husband and I decided it wasn't the right time for us. X then brought over a skanky woman who was rude and started to offend us. We said we weren't interested & she became more rude. My husband finally said "enough" & we got up to leave. We were escorted to a back door, no goodbye, no nothing, and that was it. We DID NOT get our $* back and we DID NOT get the $* cash that was promised. We have never, EVER been treated so poorly in our lives. This place was not worth the stess on our vacation. A dump!
