Great place to stay!

The Sleep Inn Flagstaff is a great place to stay! My fiance and I were in town for a friend's wedding and needed an inexpensive place to stay. He had stayed here before and recommended we stay here again. I was a little apprehensive because I had stayed at a Sleep Inn in California and it was dirty and trashy. Luckily I decided to give this place a chance. I was soooo glad that I did. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was small but very, very clean (and I am extremely picky about cleanliness). Also, the free continental breakfast was convenient and filling. I only have 2 minor negative things to say- 1. Both nights we returned to the hotel late at night (around 12am) and there were no parking spots. At the suggestion of the front desk we parked in front of the dumpster both nights and our car was fine. 2. There is no elevator to the second floor. This was not an issue for us since we are young and able bodied but I can imagine this could be inconvenient for some people. All in all this hotel was quiet, clean, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome INDOOR POOL AND SPA

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Sleep Inn and thought it was a really nice hotel. We got to the hotel and the front desk girl was very excited and happy to see us. She checked us in quickly and when we got to our room we thought it was very neat and clean. They definetly spend time in the details of cleaning the room. After we got settled we went out for dinner came back and decided to use the INDOOR POOL AND SPA. It was the best part of our entire day. It was actually raining outside and we were so relaxed in the INDOOR POOL it felt awesome. The next day we went to Sedona and came back and was looking forward to it all over again. We enjoyed ourselves and had fun.

Sleep Inn on Woodlands Blvd in Flagstaff

The hot tub was never in service. The pool was right across the hall from the rooms--too noisy. The free breakfast was a joke----one toaster for everyone to share!! Dry cereal, white toast, bagels, and Eggo Waffles you got to heat in the toaster----when it was your turn! The area was too small. There needs to be some kind of dress code----bare feet, jammies, or still wet hair from the shower need to be taken care of before eating in public! The one light over the free computer never worked. There was a long, black hair inside the coffee maker, the "queen" bed was a "double"--I had to ask the boyfriend of the desk clerk to move so I could used the free computer! The front desk clerks were very nice---at least I can give them that much! We were approached by a "panhandler" in the parking lot, which is right off the main road! They need to have some kind of fencing around the parking lot---I am not paying $* for a 3 night stay to put up with that! We will stay somewhere else the next time we go to Flagstaff. Sorry to be so dismal. But, I wish I would have known all this before booking my stay.
