Comfortable but lacking...

My father and I stayed for four nights. The beds were very comfortable and had three pillows each, making finding a comfortable sleeping position easy. It had a table and two chairs, which the back was broken on one of the chairs. Had to lean it up against the wall. Room was lacking in outlets and trashcans, only had one very small trash can. The chest of drawers was small and dinky, with only two drawers. One of those drawers was broken and would not stay on track, falling out every time you opened the drawer. Housekeeping was also lacking. The first day everything was stocked nicely for our arrival, however only the towels were ever replaced. On the third day we ran out of toilet paper, tissues, and washcloths. I'm not sure how many people the housekeepers thought were staying in the room, but it was obviously more than one!
Wireless internet was easy to use and worked well. The room had a large dorm-size refrigerator but it took a long period of time to get cold. We've stayed at several different motels in the Pigeon Forge area, and this is the first one that had decent water pressure in the shower. The shower also had a massaging shower-head which was nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again. The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't partake of the continental breakfast, but the breakfast room is nice.

hotel was clean, breakfast was nice, but all the lights but one were broken so we had no lights other than opening the shades. also, we were the furthest away from the lobby, so it is kind of a walk to get to breakfast in the morning. beware when you make your reservation through travelocity, they do not know what they are doing. we booked this trip for our honeymoon and were told there would be a jacuzzi tub in the room, which this hotel has a few rooms like this, and got to the room and there was no jacuzzi tub. for the money, it isn't a bad place.
No sleep the bed was so bad.

We could feel the springs poking us. The hotel used a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet to cover the mattress so everytime we moved the sheet would slid off. Under the sheet there was a small mattress cover that wrinkled up. It was very uncomfortable.
it's alright

my son and i stayed for 4 nights while on vacation.the towels were absolutely horrible,it was like using sand paper they were so rough.heaven help you if you have any sort of sun burn or otherwise sensitive skin.(i would bring a bath towel with you from home, seriously)not sure if this is a "theft deterrent" technique, haha.
the comforters and blankets on the beds were old and dingy and had multible stains and cigerette burns, very gross.these items are the first things i usually get out of my way first cause they arent changed like the sheets are,but i am not usually so grossed out by them either.
we were right next to where the ice/vending machines were located, which is nice but the ice machines were insanely loud.so we got to listen to that constantly.and the housekeeping office or whatever you wanna call it was also in that vending machine area, and we could hear them go back and forth all morning with their trashcans on wheels(which were VERY noisey believe it or not).i am certain they didnt vacuum once the whole time we were there.they didnt restock the coffe that was in the room, and i know they didnt clean the shower/tub every day.the parking could have been better but not sure if that is a problem with other hotel/motels in the area also.they were also pressure washing the walkways on all 4 levels the day we got there so we had to shlep through that mess to get in to our room.
i wasnt expecting the hilton but i was expecting at least to have decent towels and bedding.
one nice thing was they had 4 pillows on each bed.
