Rooms were outdated and things were worn. Smelled of smoke. Close to Mohegan Sun but shuttles only start running in the evening.

We were able to get the Presidential Suite on the busiest day of the year for a really low price. The staff at the hotel was extremely knowledgable and friendly. There was a shuttle van to the Casino with vouchers from the hotel to get a free buffett and 10$ to gamble on. I thought that was neat too, because we didnt have to spend money on the delicious at the casino. This is a great buy and hotel. Convenient location and good staff.
Cold water in jacuzzi

I stayed in this hotel twice. Each time, the jacuzzi in the pool area had cold water. The desk simply shrugged. Also last time I had reserved a Non-smoking room and was given a smoking. I had to wiat a day to change from smelly room. Staff is friendly but not very helpful with problems.

Suite was spartan compared to others I've used. The price we paid was with a discount and still more than the room was worth. Although spacious, it looked empty. We cancelled our second night because we were so disappointed. We found another suite with a jacuzzi and a microwave oven and a much more comfortable atmosphere for less money, closer restaurants and between the two casinos. Our weekend was spoiled because we felt so ripped off. Have stayed at great Choice properties previously.

I chose this hotel because most of the area hotels were sold out, this was night... tucked away and quiet is what I liked best! Gorgeous ground and personable staff.
