The room was clean, but the beds were hard and the towels were threadbare. The staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good.
I would not recommend this to any who plan on staying more than just one night on a trip. For a spot to sleep off the road wearyness it was ok for the price.
It was cheap.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room had a broken light, electrical plate, bathroom door, air conditioner, window screen, etc. and it wa quite dirty. The breakfast was adequate. but, it was not expensive, In fact, I found it even cheaper booking directly through howardjohnsons.com.

Front desk employee was condesending and obnoxious. I will not book another room with this hotel.

The room was dingy and well used. The bedspread and blankets had mystery spots on them that looked like something that would have definately come out had they washed them. The heater took almost 10 minutes to start blowing warm air (it did eventually get hot) but was VERY loud. Sink water pressure was way too high - water kept getting all over everthing. I refused to sit in the chairs that were at the table because they were so stained and dirty. I was very happy we only stayed there 1 night.

Over-billed, smoke-filled room, stained carpet, stained bedspread, sloping bed, dirty footprints in bathroom, hard-to-control sink, loud a/c, no iron/iron-board, breakfast was horrible (almost non-exsistant), service - I was referred to as a liar by staff.
